Hi everyone, I have a real quick share for you all today and it is a layout I created using some old - really old - Kaisercraft papers. Faith recently shared some happy snaps of her gorgeous girls at Taumarunui - Mana Ariki Marae - longest miniature train rides and I was so inspired by them that I just had to scrap them.
I began with my blank page......
and added some splatters of Lindy's Stamp Gang Sprays, random stamping and some sticker embellishments from my stash. I also distressed the edges and added border with my sewing machine.... So by the time I got done playing this is what my page looked like....
Here's a closer look at some of the details...
I then glued this top layer to some Chocolate Brown Cardstock and co-ordinating sheet from the same collection.
I have mounted the photo onto some corrugated cardboard. I inked the edges up with some Aged Mahogany distress ink and added some random emphemera and tags I had in my stash.
I have added some metal charms from my creative designer kit. I created a flowerspray using cream flowers from my kit and red berries from my stash. The craft leaves are some I cut with the SIlhouette Cameo
I have added some tags for journalling and the stamped title "Journey".
Well guys that's it, another quick post!!. Please be sure to check out the shop to see Faiths recent listings and be sure to keep an eye out for the pre-orders!! Thanks for stopping by this week.
