Sea Horse Mixed Media

Hey its me again (Faith). I think I am pretty good at guessing what the process is for Christine's projects (lol). She's pretty good at telling me that I got it wrong :) Oh well - close enough I reckon!

I always send a few bits n pieces to Christine to create with (mainly base materials). She's always good at getting on to them all quickly and sending them all back to me promptly too! Now I don't expect her to do this...but then I spose all that craftiness would crowd her house and there would be no room for Hubby? haha! And besides...I wouldn't have many awesome display samples to show you whilst exhibiting our MDF range. She’s pretty awesome!

With one of our Mixed Media base pieces she coated the base with gesso & texture paste - in some areas thicker then others.

She then proceeded to add all her charms, prima stones, pearls & shell pieces to add interest to her project. Once happy with the look... then a coat of gesso over all those pieces.

Lastly, a spray over with some Lindys in Tiffany Lou Blu & a touch over of Wax in White Gold. Here's the results!
