Terms & Conditions

1) Payment for goods can be done so via paypal. Paypal accepts most leading credit cards. Once directed to paypal - choose the option at the bottom of screen to make your payment if you don't have a paypal account. All prices on this website are quoted in NZ dollars and include GST of 15%. If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, you can only do this, if you copy and paste your order to me.

2) All goods are shipped every second day (until further notice) after funds have been cleared, unless it is a public holiday.

If we are away on holidays we will advise visitors via the Home Page or FACEBOOK PAGE - please subscribe to this for other updates too.

We aim to get products dispatched as soon as possible BUT please be aware that this may not always be possible. If your parcel is urgent, let us know as soon as possible.

Overseas purchases welcomed, these could be costly. Contact us for shipping quotes.

3) Any overcharged postage payments will be refunded via paypal refund. All parcels are sent via NZ Post.

 

4) We offer money back guarantee, on all purchases. Please return to us, purchases in original condition (at your own cost) within 5 days after receipt of goods. Contact us to let us know prior. Under no circumstances will we refund you after the specified time given to return goods.

5) Although we try to keep the online store & its products updated regularly, some products may be out of stock on purchase. If this is the case, we will contact you and either immediately refund your purchase OR communicate the next estimated time of arrival for restock.

6) All product information and prices may change, without notice at any given time.

7) PREORDERS - These are advertised in the shop upon release from our wholesaler. These products are not in stock, nor do we guarantee that we will stock them after  their release!!! They are advertised online for around 6 days, after this, they maybe deleted. In order to secure the product, you will be required to make a 50% deposit as advertised. The remaining 50% to be paid prior to delivery.  

NOTE: Sometimes some manufacturers may release preorders to us but the product is never followed through to production. This is rare, but does happen on the odd occassion. If this is the case, you will be informed and your deposit refunded in full.
